The submission period runs through Nov. 1 at 5 p.m. and public voting begins Nov. 2.
Yes! The owner of the jack-o'-lantern that receives the most votes will win four tickets to Mystic Seaport.
Everyone who votes will also be entered into a random drawing for four tickets to Mystic Seaport.
