The Day and theday.com, in partnership with the Connecticut Tigers, are hosting Reader Appreciation Night. Fans are encouraged to come out to the ballpark to watch the Connecticut Tigers take on the Williamsport Crosscutters on Saturday, July 23, at Dodd Stadium.
Game time is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m. The Day’s Reader Appreciation Night will be a fun time for all with games, prizes and giveaways throughout the evening. As another way to thank our readers, we are giving away sky box tickets and the chance to throw the first pitch on game night!
To enter, simply register with our contest application and then click the 'Enter Contest' tab above to fill out the sweepstakes form.
If you have entered contests with us before, skip the registration step and simply login above with your previous User ID and Password. Then click the 'Enter Contest' tab to enter.
To enter this contest you must be 18 years of age.
First Prize: Five winners will each receive four tickets to enjoy the game in style in the luxury suite. The suite includes couches, additional chairs, temperature-controlled indoor seating as well as your own outdoor seating area.
Second Prize: Three winners will each receive four premium seat tickets and the opportunity to throw the first pitch at the night of the game. Stand on the Connecticut Tigers mound and give your best pitch ever.
All Day readers: Additionally, a special $5 premium ticket offer will be available for the July 23 game. Simply cut out the coupon found in The Day on Saturday, July 23, and present it at the ticket office on game night. Proof of coupon admits up to four at this rate. Be sure to stop by The Day booth on game night for some fun giveaways and prizes.
